1. Subject of the Agreement

1.1. The Administration grants the User the right to use the Website under the terms of this Agreement, including the ability to post the following information:

• Textual content;
• Photographic materials;
• Links to materials hosted on other websites.

2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

User Rights:

2.1. The User is entitled to:

• Search for and access information on the Website;
• Create and distribute information on the Website in accordance with this Agreement;
• Comment on content posted on the Website;
• Modify the rating of other users within the Website’s functionality;
• Copy information from the Website to other resources, provided the source is credited, unless otherwise specified by the rights holder;
• Use the Website’s information for personal, non-commercial purposes;
• Use the Website’s information for commercial purposes only with the written consent of the rights holders.

Administration Rights:

2.2. The Administration reserves the right to:

• Create, modify, or revoke the Website’s usage rules at its discretion without prior notice to Users;
• Restrict access to any information on the Website;
• Create, modify, or delete any information on the Website;
• Delete User accounts in case of violation of this Agreement or at its sole discretion;
• Refuse account registration without providing reasons;
• Disclose User information to authorized governmental authorities when required by applicable law.

User Obligations:

2.3. The User shall:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and use of the Website;
• Ensure the security of their account credentials (login and password) and not share them with third parties;
• Update personal data promptly in case of changes;
• Not post information prohibited by applicable law, including but not limited to:
  • Promotion of war, violence, or extremism;
  • Incitement of national, racial, religious, or other forms of hatred;
  • Content of an advertising, erotic, pornographic, or offensive nature;
• Not disrupt the Website’s functionality, including through the use of malicious software or automated scripts;
• Not create multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, except as permitted by applicable law;
• Not mislead other users regarding their identity or intentions;
• Respect the copyright and intellectual property rights of third parties when posting content.

Administration Obligations:

2.4. The Administration shall:

• Maintain the Website’s functionality, except in cases caused by force majeure circumstances;
• Provide basic protection for User accounts within the Website’s technical capabilities;
• Take measures to remove or restrict access to information violating applicable law upon detection or upon request from authorized entities.

3. User Registration Obligations

3.1. The User agrees to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information about themselves in the Website’s registration form (hereinafter "Registration Data").

3.2. The User agrees to promptly update Registration Data in case of changes.

3.3. If inaccurate or incomplete Registration Data is provided, the Administration may suspend or delete the User’s account and restrict access to the Website and its services without prior notice.

4. User Content

4.1. The User is solely responsible for the content they post (hereinafter "Content"), including its compliance with applicable laws and third-party rights.

4.2. It is prohibited to post Content owned by third parties without their explicit consent.

4.3. By posting Content on the Website, the User retains all copyright ownership. The Administration does not claim any rights to the User’s Content.

4.4. The User independently makes their Content public by posting it on the Website.

4.5. Content in the "Not Published" status for more than two months from the date of status change may be deleted by the Administration without notice to the User.

4.6. The Administration does not pre-moderate Content but reserves the right to remove or restrict access to any Content at its discretion or upon request from third parties in case of rights violations.

4.7. The User assumes all risks associated with posting or using Content on the Website.

5. Copyright

5.1. All copyrights to scripts and other Content posted on the Website belong to their respective authors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

5.2. Use of scripts is permitted only with the written consent of their authors. Author contact details may be provided on their profile page, in the "Contacts" section, or within the script itself.

6. Paid Services

6.1. Terms for providing paid services (if applicable) are outlined in the relevant sections of the Website.

6.2. The Administration may modify the terms of paid services without prior notice to Users.

6.3. Payments made by Users for paid services are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

6.4. The Administration may unilaterally terminate the provision of paid services and access thereto without explanation or refund.

7. Modification or Termination of Website Services

7.1. The Administration reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Website or its individual services (temporarily or permanently) at any time without notice to Users.

7.2. The Administration is not liable to Users or third parties for any modification, suspension, or termination of the Website’s operations.

8. User Ratings

8.1. User ratings are a design element of the Website and hold no material or legal value.

8.2. The Administration may modify or remove user ratings without notice.

9. Listings (Producer Requests and Contests)

9.1. The User must provide accurate information and contact details when creating Listings (requests for scripts or contests, published at https://storygo.io/listings, hereinafter "Listing").

9.2. An Application is a script submitted by a User to a Listing.

9.3. The Administration is not responsible for the accuracy or relevance of information provided in Listings. Listing Owners (Users with a producer account who have published a Listing) independently manage their accounts and are responsible for keeping their Listing information up to date, managing Application statuses, and ensuring the relevance of their Listings.

9.4. Access to contact details in Listings may be restricted to users without a PRO account.

9.5. A fee may be charged for submitting Applications to Listings, the amount of which is specified in the Application submission form or within the Listing itself.

9.6. The fee charged for submitting an Application to a Listing constitutes payment for the technical service provided by the Website, enabling the transfer of the script to the Listing Owner’s account. This fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether the Application is reviewed or not.

9.7. If the Listing Owner does not change the Application status from "Pending" to any other status by the notification date (if specified) or within six months from submission for open-ended Listings (Listings without a deadline or notification date), the Application status will automatically change to "Not Selected." The Listing Owner may change the Application status at any time, even after it has been automatically updated.

9.8. Users are prohibited from initiating contact with Listing Owners (producers) outside the Website’s functionality. Violation of this rule will result in immediate account suspension without the possibility of reinstatement.

10. Notifications and Newsletters

10.1. By registering on the Website, the User agrees to receive notifications, messages from other users, and promotional offers at the email address provided during registration.

10.2. The User may opt out of newsletters via account settings or by following the instructions provided in the emails.

11. Liability of the Parties

11.1. The User bears full responsibility for the information they post and its compliance with applicable laws.

11.2. The Administration is not liable for:

• The accuracy, completeness, or relevance of information posted by Users;
• Direct or indirect losses arising from the use of the Website or its content;
• Services provided by third parties;
• Website disruptions caused by force majeure circumstances.

11.3. The Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Website or the preservation of User-posted information in the event of force majeure circumstances.

12. Terms of the Agreement

12.1. This Agreement takes effect upon the User’s initial use of the Website and remains in force until replaced by a new version.

12.2. The Administration may unilaterally amend the terms of this Agreement without notifying Users. The current version of the Agreement is available on the Website.

12.3. Continued use of the Website after amendments to the Agreement signifies the User’s acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Miscellaneous

13.1. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation, unless otherwise required by applicable international law.

13.2. Requests and claims are accepted via the form in the "Technical Support" section https://storygo.io/page/contact. The response period is 30 days.

13.3. The Privacy Policy, located in a separate section of the Website, forms an integral part of this Agreement.
