The Boy Who Defied Gravity

A boy acquires a pair of tennis shoes that he finds has magical powers and when the government gets wind of this seemingly "free energy" device the boy is forced to give a demonstration at the Pentagon by levitating a tank which he then steals by taking it airborne.
